Description
Looking for an experienced Desktop Technician to support end users in Santa Ana, CA for the County. Must have VIP support experience, great customer service skills, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Windows, O365, and Active Directory.
Experience with OS refresh efforts and Windows 11 is required. Must have corporate desktop support experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Så the role will be 100% deskside support on site and will support high‑level clients in a VIP environment.

Summary:
The main function of a systems support technician is to be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows desktops.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the software and hardware life cycle management processes including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation; set up new users, including desktop configuration, email accounts, LDAP accounts, and VPN accounts; support employees, both local and remote, with desktop issues, account issues, and access to various internal services; troubleshoot software issues on employees' desktops/laptops. Some off‑hour support may apply.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field (required). 2–5 years of experience (required). Knowledge of Windows OS. Experience with desktop installation and configuration. Experience troubleshooting desktop issues as well as mobile devices.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
