Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to design, customize, configure, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) platform for our team in Santa Ana, CA (on site). Base pay range is $ to $ per year plus benefits.

Location: Santa Ana, CA (On-site)

Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 per year plus benefits

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration readiness.
• Define technical and functional architecture for new and existing implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Guide the implementation of standard and custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps.
• Design integrations with other business systems (ERP, marketing, third-party platforms) using Azure services, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Define data migration, synchronization, and master data strategies.

• Establish development standards, documentation practices, and governance frameworks.
• Promote consistency, code reusability, and security compliance across all CRM projects.
• Serve as a technical mentor for Dynamics developers and consultants.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE/Sales.
• 3+ years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Strong experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Dev Ops practices is a plus.
