Job Summary:

Join our client's team as an IT Specialist/Engineer 6 in Santa Ana, CA. You'll play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing their Outage Management System (OMS) by providing expert guidance and hands‑on assistance with system logic, processes, and data management.

• Offer expertise in OMS implementation and support at our client's location.
• Assist with system logic, processes, and data for OMS‑related projects and customer communications.
• Contribute to database and server OS upgrades, including OMS configuration and testing.
• Provide remote support services as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational activities.

• Experience in maintaining electrical utility outage management applications.
• Proficiency with Open Grid Network, SQL databases, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server maintenance and operational support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
