Opportunity

As a strategic and tactical liaison, the HR Generalist bridges client group objectives with HR programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, aligns department strategies with HR initiatives, and upholds the company’s policies, U.S. labor laws, and confidential standards.

How You'll Make a Difference
  • Provide influence and guidance to all east coast client groups, supporting business objectives through partnership.
  • Handle employment‑related inquiries from employees and management, escalating complex matters to HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence.
  • Resolve questions via telephone or email within defined timelines.
  • Offer HR policy advice and support to employees and management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business models and jointly create HR solutions.
  • Serve as liaison with HR Centers of Excellence for East Coast clients.
  • Oversee rollout of company‑wide initiatives, including communication, learning materials, and training.
  • Resolve moderately complex issues around payroll, leave, HR policies, compensation, and performance management with minimal guidance.
  • Support the HRBP team in ongoing processes.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives for the East Coast region, including employee appreciation events.
  • Travel to multiple locations as required.
  • Maintain professional integrity, respect, and adherence to EEO policies.
  • Follow safety and occupational health standards.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring
  • Basic knowledge of human resources, labor laws, and related federal and state regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong confidentiality skills regarding employee and company information.
  • Self‑initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical problem‑solving skills for complex, non‑standard situations.
  • Cultural competency, tact, and empathetic interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
  • Time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Education, Experience And/Or Licenses
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources position.
  • Experience in a multi‑site environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to partner with multiple client groups and manage competing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary Range

The full‑time base salary range for this position is $70,305.00 – $85,000.00 USD per year, determined by education, experience, and market data.
