Must be willing to travel throughout the Orange County region

• Build Lasting Relationships:
  Develop and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and assisted living communities.
• Engage & Educate:
  Deliver engaging in-service presentations and follow up consistently to support referral partners.
• Be the Expert:
  Educate healthcare professionals and community members on the benefits of hospice care services.
• Liaise & Coordinate:
  Serve as the primary point of contact between Geiss Med Hospice and referral sources to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Resolve & Innovate:
  Address concerns promptly and offer creative ideas to enhance marketing and outreach strategies.
• Community Ambassador:
  Represent Geiss Med Hospice at community events to promote awareness and a positive brand presence.
• Ensure Seamless Transitions:
  Collaborate with discharge planners to support smooth patient transitions from hospitals or facilities to home care.

• A dynamic personality with strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
• Excellent organizational skills and relationship-management abilities
• Healthcare experience with knowledge of hospice services
• Minimum of 2 years in business development, healthcare education, or referral coordination
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Pay Range for Posted Region: $85,000 USD - $110,000 USD
