Physical Therapist Duties:

• Provides, directs, and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, family education, and documentation to ensure the best outcomes.
• Directs and supervises the work of therapist assistants.
• Develops treatment plans and provides treatments aligned with benefits and reimbursement levels.
• Documents notes, summaries, reports, etc.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as required by State.
• CPR certification.
