Front Office Medical Assistant

Pro Health Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Front Office Medical Assistant. Experience in Cardiology or Dental preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21-24 per hour

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to the appointment; preparing necessary documents
• Maintain optimum patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 years' experience in clinical setting, required
• Previous experience in eligibility and authorizations, required
• Cardiology or Dental experience, preferred
