Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor company expenditures and ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice on tax planning and financial strategies.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Advise management on financial decisions and business growth strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and best practices.
- Manage payroll and ensure proper financial reporting.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
