• Correspondence with IRS/State authorities by phone, email, and/or fax (Compliance Calls).
• File IRS Tax Programs (OIC, CNC, Installment agreements, Non‑Collectable, Innocent Spouse, etc.) and fight for the client to get the best resolution for their back taxes.
• Remove garnishments, IRS levies, or federal tax liens.
• Interact with management/sales in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide direction to case managers to keep resolutions moving forward.
• Prioritize caseload and manage assigned client pipeline.
