Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer – Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190) – Remote

We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer who knows every aspect of residential lending and can build and mentor a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

• Structuring loan applications and providing back‑end support for new loan officers.
• Teaching file structuring and educating new team members.
• Coaching and mentoring the 6 new Loan Officers that have joined in the last 30 days.
• Building pipelines, snagging leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Operating with a relentless work ethic: 7 days a week, 12‑15 hours a day, demanding high performance from self and team.

• Processor experience is desirable but not required.
• Mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans.
• Fluency in DU/LP.
• In‑depth knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products.
• Winning attitude – no tolerance for a loser mentality.
• Leadership experience – ready to build and lead a team.
• Ability to teach file structuring and lead by example.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to hard work.
