Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record monthly journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations in accordance with company policy and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting schedules.
• Review and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to ensure accurate reporting and income recognition.
• Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes, including variance analysis and preparation of management reports.
• Provide analytical support and identify trends or variances impacting financial performance.
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, and IT to improve data integrity, financial tracking, and reporting capabilities.
• Assist in developing and automating reporting tools and dashboards to streamline financial analysis.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and reconciliation responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accruals, and revenue recognition principles.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and perform complex reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
