Front Desk | Sales Representative
You’re the first smiling face our members see and the voice they hear on the phone. You’ll be supporting families, managing schedules, and creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phones, return messages, and route calls professionally
- Conduct sales calls and register new students
- Assist customers with purchases (merchandise, snacks, etc.)
- Greet and check in students using our attendance system
- Schedule birthday/pool parties and oversee party staff
- Maintain cleanliness in the front desk, snack shack, restrooms, and observation area
- Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism
- Prepare daily swim lesson schedules
- Make collection calls for overdue accounts
- Keep displays and promotional materials up to date
- Enforce safety protocols and administer first aid if needed
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
