Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and product strategy
Build and mentor engineers and engineering managers while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee product development ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing managers
Experience managing teams of 8+ engineers and external consultants
Demonstrated success building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth or startup environments
Strong technical foundation in software and systems design
Experience implementing Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices at scale
