Job OverviewReporting directly to the Regional Support Manager you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification, implementation to troubleshooting, as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions. You will be part of a team of 2 people.
Responsibilities- Prepare and conduct onsite product demonstrations and customer tests.
- Manage test and support equipment including product check and scheduling.
- Assist sales team with technical inputs for bid answering.
- Attend dedicated trade shows and conferences to support the sales team.
- Provide on‑site assistance for installation and commissioning.
- Deliver onsite or remote customer training.
- Manage and follow equipment return for tests and repairs.
- Technical document writing and reviewing (documentation, technical articles, test reports, etc.).
- New product, firmware, and software test and review.
- Act as a link between sales, customers, and R&D to provide feedback about bugs and envisioned improvements.

This position will require frequent travels.
Qualifications- A solid training/education in geomatics or embedded systems engineering, with knowledge, ideally, in navigation and positioning systems (land, air, and maritime).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with measurement analysis tools (preferably Octave/Matlab) and positioning & navigation systems (GNSS, inertial, imagery, Lidar, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- 1 telephonic call (or through Teams) with a member of the HR team.
- 1 on‑site interview with the manager (parallel meeting of teams and office visit).
- Permanent contract.
Location:
Santa Ana, CA. - Salary conditions: $65,000.00 – $ per year.
