Position OverviewAs a Dean of Operations at Ednovate, you will be responsible for leading operational excellence at your school site to ensure that the school is safe, efficient, fully enrolled and financially healthy, with resources readily available and aligned to educational priorities to enable the highest level of learning. You will supervise the school’s operations team, and collaborate closely with other members of the leadership team, school staff, parents, and the network support team.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational, systems, attention to detail, and communication skills looking to create positive multigenerational change in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This is a full-time, exempt role that reports to the Principal.
- Manage the school operations team. Directly supervise an Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant, building their capacity to execute on all school operations tasks effectively and efficiently. Model top-notch customer service and Ednovate’s values so that staff, students, visitors and families have a high-quality experience in every interaction. Manage external vendors, including but not limited to custodial and nutrition teams.
- Achieve operational excellence. Meet all school and network goals for operations, including but not limited to attendance, student records, meals, cleanliness, school safety, and technology. Create and drive the implementation of systems and processes that maximize time for instruction and create an environment conducive to safe and joyful learning. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Be a logistics leader. Oversee all school events so they are planned in a timely manner and within budget, lead purchasing, and adhere to all financial procedures and guidelines. Ensure all data is kept accurate in the Student Information System. Collaborate with staff across the school and network to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the organization.

- Bachelor's Degree, required
- 4+ years of experience working in school operations, preferred
- People management experience, preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, preferred
- A competitive and transparent salary ($90,000 to $115,000, depending on background and experience)
