We’re looking for experienced freelance videographers who are fluent in UGC‑style content but are not limited by it

If you can shoot authentic, native‑feeling UGC and know how to light, frame, direct, and adapt to different creative formats—this role is for you.

You’ll be producing performance‑driven video content used in paid advertising across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other platforms.

This includes:

• UGC‑style videos (authentic, native, creator‑led)
• Structured performance ads (hooks, problem/solution, proof, CTA)
• Product demos & lifestyle footage
• B‑roll and supporting visual assets
• Multi‑angle, multi‑format shoots designed for iteration and testing

UGC is a core output
, but we’re not looking for “UGC‑only” creators—we want well‑rounded videographers who can flex across styles as needed.

• Shoot high‑quality UGC‑style videos that feel native to social platforms
• Execute shot lists efficiently while capturing usable variations
• Direct talent or self‑perform on camera when required
• Capture clean audio, well‑lit footage, and conversion‑friendly framing
• Deliver organized, labeled raw footage ready for post‑production
• Adapt shooting style based on brand, audience, and performance goals
• Follow creative briefs while bringing strong creative instincts to the table
