Specification Sales Manager – Roofing

Package: 25 days, company car or opt out allowance.

As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the full range of single-ply roof systems, roofing membranes, thermal insulation, and composite roofing solutions. This is focused on mainly new-build projects but also some refurbishment. The region you will manage is OX / RG/ GU/ SO / PO / SN/ SP / BH.

Key responsibilities include:

• Specification Selling:
  Engaging with architects, main contractors, and local authorities to specify roofing systems for projects.
• Project Management:
  Tracking and supporting projects from specification stage through to completion via roofing contractors.
• Client Engagement:
  Building relationships with decision-makers across a range of sectors.
• Typical Projects:
  Schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, and other large-scale developments.

My client is a leading brand within the roofing industry who are renewed throughout Europe.

I am eager to talk to bright & energetic candidates who are on the “upward curve” who currently work within an affiliated product sector. This could include Flat Roofing, Roof Windows, Pitched Roofing, Cladding, Insulation or Facades. You will be in a Specification role currently and have experience of winning spec’s / project tracking / protecting spec’s etc.
