We are seeking an experienced Director of HCM Sales to lead and scale a high-performing team of Sales Executives focused on small business customers. This leader will drive revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion while building a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do- Recruit, hire, coach, and retain top-performing Sales Executives across net-new and named accounts
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, inspire, and mentor experienced sellers to maximize performance and team effectiveness
- Build a metrics-driven sales culture using transparent reporting and forecasting
- Support deals end-to-end, including presentations, proposals, negotiations, and close
- Proven success leading SaaS sales teams in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Payroll and HCM experience strongly preferred (SMB / mid-market focus)
- Track record of recruiting, scaling, and developing high-performing teams
- Base salary: $120,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
