Acquisition Specialist – Crevier BMW
Crevier BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences while growing our vehicle inventory through service‑lane engagement and client outreach.
Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $/yr
Pay: $17 per hour plus commission; expected annual pay $45,000 to $100,000.

Experience:
Deliver a VIP Service Drive experience by greeting service customers, building rapport, and offering complimentary vehicle appraisals and upgrade opportunities. - Outreach & Marketing:
Proactively contact service clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages to generate acquisition and upgrade opportunities. - Inventory Growth:
Assist in appraising vehicles and acquiring customer‑owned vehicles for dealership inventory. - Sales Support:
Sell vehicles and support customers interested in selling or upgrading their current vehicles while in service. - Growth Mindset:
