Staff Accountant

Essential Functions

• Performs various month-end general ledger account reconciliations including cash, intangibles, prepaids, accruals and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Assists in analysis of general ledger account fluctuations.
• Assist with documentation for annual audit
• Interacts with various departments within the Company to ensure appropriate treatment of transactions
• Performs research of operational and accounting issues as necessary.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Detail oriented.
• Minimum of 1 year accounting experience
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong Excel knowledge (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Sumif)
• Accounting knowledge required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
