Accounts Payable Clerk - Onsite Opportunity

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a collaborative accounting team and help keep financial operations running smoothly. This role involves hands‑on processing, vendor coordination, and team support within a fast‑paced environment.

• Collect and sort incoming mail daily

• Scan and distribute correspondence to the appropriate team members

• Route PO and payment request documents to the correct AP team members

• Locate corresponding invoices, convert them to PDFs as needed, and forward them to AP processors

• Process Fed Ex and UPS invoices across multiple entities using Jira

• Process legal invoices within Jira

• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on missing invoices

• Conduct weekly reviews and updates of national statements in Share Point

• Assist the AP team with invoice and statement‑related tasks in Jira

• Support colleagues with check preparation (folding, stuffing, sealing, and stamping) when needed

• Participate in special projects as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience working in Accounts Payable or a related administrative/accounting role

• Comfort working with digital tools such as Jira
  , Share Point , and document management systems

• A proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
