- Inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures
- Fitting and repairing various household plumbing appliances
- Cutting, soldering, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems
- Preparing cost estimates
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently
- In home sales experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing
- Working knowledge of water supply systems
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Listening and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Service Titan experience a plus
