Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access control points by verifying identification and visitor authorization, directing deliveries to designated receiving areas, and maintaining logs;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as required;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation and communicate observations during shift transitions
