Customer Service Representative

As a
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®outside sales representative, you will visit customers' homes and businesses to provide customized moving estimates by using your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and top‑notch customer service. In this role, you will educate customers on the moving process, make product recommendations, and act as a customers' main point of contact throughout their move.
No cold-calling; all consultations occur after customers request an estimate for our services.

• Starting pay: $14- $17 per hour+ commission!
• Commission-based incentives - average$500 - $1200 per month

• Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate
• Prepare all move-related paperwork
• Gather customer feedback through regular follow‑up calls
• Create performance reports to track sales, customer satisfaction and mystery shop data

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of sales (over-the-phone or in-person) and/or customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
• Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
• Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale
• Intermediate computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office programs and able to learn new software
