We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support one of our largest pharmaceutical clients. The QA Specialist will be responsible for real-time batch record review on the manufacturing shop floor, ensuring compliance and quality in pharmaceutical production.

• Execute real-time review of batch documentation and other manufacturing documentation, analyzing for errors, corrections, and compliance.
• Perform housekeeping and GMP walkthroughs of the facility.
• Initiate and participate in triage for on-the-floor events.
• Work in cross-functional teams to meet and exceed timelines.
• Execute or review room and line clearances.
• Make quality decisions in real-time according to regulations ICH Q7 and 21
  
  CFR
  211 and internal procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in batch record review.
• 2+ years of GMP experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
• Proficiency in batch record, quality assurance, and shop floor manufacturing quality.

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• Experience with Trackwise.
• Experience with LIMS.
• Familiarity with biologics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with vaccine manufacturing.

This position operates on the 1st shift from 8am-4:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Initial training will occur on a Monday to Friday schedule until fully trained, which may take 4-6 months. The role requires 90-100% of the shift to be spent on the shop floor, with occasional weekend work opportunities based on business needs. The work environment includes areas on the manufacturing floor and some office space.

The dress code is business casual with closed-toed shoes, and adherence to aseptic gowning procedures is required.

This is a Contract position based out of Sanford, NC.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sanford, NC.
