• Manage and coordinate change control processes within the eQMS
• Ensure all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved according to regulatory and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes
• Monitor the implementation of changes and verify effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records and reports within the eQMS
• Provide training and support to users on change management procedures in the eQMS

• BA/BS in a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
• Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports from the eQMS
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to bring change management and compliance together

• This is a fully onsite role in Sanford, NC
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
