Position: Registered Nurse, Operating Room

Location: Sanford, NC

Compensation: $58,898 – $88,348 per year plus a $20,000 Commitment Bonus

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 6:45 AM‑3:15 PM, with at least six on‑call shifts per month, including one full weekend (Friday‑Sunday)

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

• Current North Carolina or compact state RN license
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
• Associate’s degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• One year of RN experience in an operating room setting required
