PRN – 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient.

• Current North Carolina RN license (or equivalent compact state license).
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• NRP Advanced certification within 90 days of hire.
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of RN experience in an OB/L&D/PP/Nursery setting preferred.
