Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient.

- Current North Carolina RN license (or equivalent compact state license).
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- NRP Advanced certification within 90 days of hire.
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification within 90 days of hire.
- Associate’s degree in nursing required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - One year of RN experience in an OB/L&D/PP/Nursery setting preferred.
