Registered Nurse, Medical‑Surgical

Location: Central Carolina Hospital, Sanford, NC

Schedule: 3–12 hour shifts per week on the Day Shift (7 a.m.–7 p.m.) with rotating weekends.

Commitment Bonus: $20,000.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

• Current North Carolina state or compact state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.
• Associate’s degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least one year of RN experience in a health‑care setting (preferred).
