How You’ll Contribute- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

- Current North Carolina state or compact state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Associate’s degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- One year of RN experience in a health care setting preferred
