? BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring! We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to provide home visits, admissions, and assessments throughout Lee County
.

  Flexible Per Diem Schedule – Work 5-10 visits per week between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Conduct home visits, assessments, and admissions following a patient-centered care plan
• Perform medication administration, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Document care interventions and patient progress using a state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals

  Active RN License in North Carolina (NC)
• ✔️
  Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• ✔️
  Home health experience required
• ✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• ✔️ Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
