Production Operator

Job Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment, assembling and/or packaging products, and ensuring all production and quality standards are met. This role supports daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results accurately.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards).
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervision.
• Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Meet productivity, efficiency, and attendance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature variations, and moving equipment.
