*** 1st shift:
Monday-Thursday 6 AM - 4 PM, Overtime as business needs require on Fridays and Saturdays
* 1st shift starting pay: $18.00/hour

* JOB PURPOSE:

** Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of prime product at BCP facilities. Typically reports to a supervisor.
*
* JOB DUTIES:

*** Operates various types of caterpillar product SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE
* Perform material handling and warehousing functions
* Moves and stores prime product from production line to storage
* Ability to safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center
* Must be able to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instruction
* Ability to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents
* Ability to train others in Standard Work
* Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
* Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition
* Ability to safely move prime product in to confined areas and secure for transportation
** Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
*** Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
* Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
* Must be able to work in tight spaces
* Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
* Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

* Basic Qualifications:

*** Possess a valid driver license
** Top candidates will also have:
*** Caterpillar product knowledge SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE
* At least 6 months of experience truck loading and securement
* Some experience operating heavy machinery preferably SSL/CTL/MTL
** Additional Information:
