This is a rare opportunity to join the Caterpillar Sanford team as a direct hire.  Position includes a starting wage of **$20.20**/hour (+8% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift), quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program that We don’t lead our industry - our people do.

Schedule:

** 2nd

Shift: Monday-Friday 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm3rd

Shift: Sunday night - Friday morning 10:15 pm – 6:15 am
** to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders.
** Position provides fabrications support activities including loading robots and/or machining centers as well as ensuring cleanliness of the area.
** As a Machine Loader at Caterpillar, you will:
*** Load/unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devices
* Assist Machinists or Welders with certain processes
* Maintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition
* Follow documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints
*
* Basic Qualifications:

*** Experience with Overhead Hoists
** OR
* * Overhead Cranes
** Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
*** Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
* Willing and able to perform repetitive operation
* Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
** Top candidates will also have:
*** Material handling experience
* Manufacturing experience
* Machining experience or exposure
* Welding experience or exposure
