Shift Details

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Overtime as business needs require
• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Purpose

Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of prime product at BCP facilities. Typically reports to a supervisor.

Job Duties

• Operating Compact Track Loaders (CTLs)
• Move and store prime product from production line to storage
• Ability to safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center
• Must be able to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instruction
• Ability to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents
• Ability to train others in Standard Work
• Follow documented procedures standard work, as defined in a variety of source documents to move machines to correct locations
• Follow and utilize CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Ability to safely move prime product into confined areas and secure for transportation

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
• Must be able to work in tight spaces
• Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
• Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

Basic Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver license

Top Candidates Will Also Have

• Caterpillar product knowledge (CTL)
• Some experience operating heavy machinery, preferably CTL

Summary Pay Range

$18.00 - $22.40
