Travel Respiratory Therapist – Sanford, NC – Vibra Healthcare
OverviewYou will work with one recruiter throughout the start‑to‑finish process and be assigned placement by placement. Local and non‑local positions are available.

Responsible for providing efficient, quality‑oriented patient care within the scope of the department’s policy and procedure manual. Perform support activities such as equipment maintenance, changes, inventory, and set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness.
Core Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) in the state of employment
- Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor
- One (1) year of critical care and/or artificial airway and ventilator care experience preferred
- Professional image projection and strong organization, prioritizing, and analytical skills
- Independent decision‑making when circumstances warrant
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in the role
- No illegal drug or alcohol use
Current, valid, and active license as an RRT or CRT in the state of employment is required. Documented proof of degrees and current BLS / ACLS certifications from an approved vendor must be provided.
COVID‑19 Vaccination RequirementAll employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 or be approved for a valid religious or medical exemption. Unvaccinated employees with an approved exemption must submit to weekly COVID‑19 testing and wear a respirator at all times while in the facility. Some states and locations require increased frequency testing pursuant to state regulations.
