Position: Clinic Director

Location: Sanford, NC

Job Type: Full-time (Mon‑Fri; 40 hours per week)

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Sign‑on Bonus: up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus available.

• Review patients’ medical history.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
• Record patient progress and modify plan of care as needed.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the State of North Carolina is required.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
