Supervisor, Production

POSITION PURPOSE The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks preformed on facilities and equipment. The Production Supervisor will oversee mechanics/electricians, support personnel that repair and maintain equipment.

COMPETENCITES, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required 2-year degree or technical certificate in mechanics or electronics and 5+ years' experience

Preferred 4-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering Technology with 3+ years' experience

Demonstrated proficiency and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles (TPM, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
