• Develop, maintain, and improve operator systems for Compact Track Loaders (CTL) and Skid Steer Loaders (SSL).
• Lead and manage Current Product Improvement (CPI) projects using CPI tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all CPI activities within the operator station team.
• Lead cross-functional and global teams to deliver product quality and performance improvements.
• Support Built-in-Quality (BIQ) initiatives and drive continuous quality enhancement.
• Identify and execute cost-reduction opportunities within the operator systems scope.
• Develop technical solutions, conduct design reviews, and execute validation and verification plans.
• Create, release, and maintain engineering drawings and design documentation.
• Release and implement design updates and product improvements, ensuring adherence to implementation timelines.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturing engineering, and process partners to meet quality, customer, and business requirements.
• Support production by addressing manufacturing and assembly issues in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly Technicians, and Quality teams.
• Perform ongoing current product maintenance and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report CPI project progress and outcomes.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer requirements while working effectively in a local and global team environment.

• 6-8 years engineering experience minimum.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.

• Strong analytical capability with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience applying Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in data analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with stamping, fabrication, and non-metallic component design and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Creo and Teamcenter for design and product data management.
• Solid understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience performing tolerance stack-up analyses.
• Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques.
