Sales Associate

Overview

Sales Associate with Mondelez International responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of grocery-related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Ralphs, Target, and more. Ambassadors of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
• Order product (via iPad) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz guidelines for merchandising.
• Follow Sales Representative negotiations with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

• The base salary range for this position is $31,300 to $54,400; exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Eligible for a competitive bonus program and potential participation in our long-term incentive program.

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; includes moving products from stock rooms and stocking shelves.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:
  Biddeford, ME
• Ability to drive to secondary locations:
  Sanford, Wells, Kennebunk, ME
• Full schedule availability required.

Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle with a gas card and maintenance program. No relocation support available.
