Machine Operator

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to company procedures
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
• Perform routine checks, measurements, and visual inspections of finished products
• Keep accurate records of production runs and completed work
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and productivity
• Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment issues or hazards immediately
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Basic Computer and math skills
• Mechanical aptitude and prior experience operating or working with machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Steady work history
• Reliability and commitment to attendance and safety
