Job Title: Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)
Location: Sanford, Maine
Pay Rate: Starting at $24/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Total Care ABA is an in-home therapy provider specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and their families throughout Maine. Our team is passionate about creating meaningful change and values collaboration, integrity, and ongoing professional growth.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Starting pay: $24/hour

  • Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week

  • Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week

  • Flexible scheduling options available

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Provide direct behavioral support in clients’ homes

  • Collect and document data on client progress

  • Communicate progress and concerns with the supervising BCBA

  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families

  • Support the development of social and communication skills

Skills & Qualifications
  • Current BHP or RBT certification preferred

  • Experience in ABA therapy preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
