As a Warehouse Specialist at Ligonier Ministries, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to equip Christians to articulate what they believe and why they believe it.

You will be responsible for various warehouse‑related tasks, ensuring that our conferences and events run seamlessly.

• Warehouse Management: maintain the organization, cleanliness, and orderliness of the warehouse; optimize layout to meet departmental needs.
• Inventory Management: keep meticulous records of inventory, including conference supplies, equipment, departmental storage, and non‑inventory items such as perishables, cards, brochures, Tabletalk, and more.
• Receiving and Shipping: manage receipt and shipment of items to and from conferences and events; pack, repair, and replace items to ensure they arrive in top condition.
• Logistical Support: assist in the setup and teardown of Ligonier conferences, third‑party conferences, and Sanford events.
• Mail Duties Backup: step in to handle mail duties when the primary mail person is unavailable.
• Campus Support: provide logistical support between Ligonier campuses by traveling between Lake Mary and Sanford as needed.
• Other Duties: assist with various tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

• Agreement with Ligonier’s General Statement of Faith.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. or more repeatedly.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the year.

The pay range for this position is $16 – $18 hourly. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.

Central Florida. Travel between Ligonier campuses in Lake Mary and Sanford may be required. The position is for a non‑profit Christian organization. Only individuals authorized to work in the United States may apply.
