Position

Description:

The Briar Team, Central Florida's top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for hard-working and reliable (non CDL) Off Road Drivers for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous vacation pay and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.

As an Off Road Driver, you will operate a dump truck, loading and hauling material around the job site in a safe manner. To be successful in this position, you must have a valid driver's license, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks throughout the day.

Off Road Driver Responsibilities:

  • Drive dump truck and load/haul material around the jobsite in a safe manner.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as Roller, Sweeper, Water Truck, Skid Steer on an as-needed basis.
  • Perform daily inspections / maintenance of assigned truck.
  • Perform manual labor as necessary on the job site.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines.

    Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday. Saturdays on an as-needed basis. 6:45am-4:45pm
  • Full Time
  • Overtime
  • No overnights or over the road travel. No per diem pay.

    Palm Coast, FL to St Cloud, FL
  • Year-round work
    • Position Requirements:

    Job Requirements:

  • Must pass equipment test (selected candidates will be invited for testing prior to job offer)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation to assigned jobsite
  • Experience preferred (Dozer, excavator, off-road driver, loader operator or forklift operator experience)
  • Ability to lift heavy loads
