Our Commercial Service Tech is responsible for:

• Commercial and Residential Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of commercial and residential HVAC systems (including RTUs, Package Units, Split Systems, and Controls) to identify issues. Perform complex repairs efficiently to restore proper functioning and minimize downtime for our business clients.
• Commercial and Residential Maintenance Services: Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on commercial-grade equipment, including coil cleaning, belt replacement, lubricating, and adjusting components to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
• Installation Support: Assist with the installation of new commercial HVAC systems, including handling heavy equipment, navigating rooftop environments, running commercial ductwork, and connecting electrical components under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Professional Client Interaction: Interact with facility managers, business owners, and on-site contacts in a professional manner. Provide clear explanations of services performed and recommendations for system longevity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of commercial services performed, including detailed work orders, service reports, and inventory usage. Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols (including ladder safety, rooftop safety, and lockout/tagout) to ensure a safe environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.

• Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience as a technician, with a strong preference for Commercial HVAC experience (RTUs, light commercial, etc.). BAS experience is a plus.
• Licensing: Must have a Valid Driver's license and clean MVR report.
• Background: Must be able to pass a background check.
• Tools: Must possess the ability to own and use power tools to effectively execute HVAC and light plumbing/piping jobs.
• Safety Gear: Ability to wear company-approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal, or OSHA regulations.
• Work Environment: This job operates in a construction/commercial site environment. Work is frequently performed on rooftops and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
• Efficiency: Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe.
