This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Sanford, FL, for a Manhole Rehab Technician. The role involves performing manhole rehabilitation tasks, including cleaning, repairing, and maintaining manhole structures. Responsibilities include handling specialized equipment, ensuring site safety, adhering to industry standards, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. The technician will collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high‑quality results for a variety of projects.

• Strong skills and experience in Rehabilitation and related techniques
• Understanding of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy concepts as they apply to the role
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail in ensuring quality and safety
• Prior experience in construction, pipeline, or rehabilitation work is a plus
• Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks in various environmental conditions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements
