Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions;
Guide customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience;
Close the deal and ensure customer satisfaction;
Follow up with customers and transition to Service department as needed
