This is not your average warehouse job. You’ll be moving real furniture — heavy, quality pieces — in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment whereyour effort directly determines your pay. If you take pride in strength, consistency, and performance, you’ll fit right in.

• $14.50/hr base pay + performance incentive pay
• Average $17–$23/hr for team members consistently hitting 30+ pieces per hour
• Top performers earn more— your results drive your rewards
• Monday–Friday | 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM(start early, finish early – afternoons free!)

• Pull and move furniture (some up to 300 lbs) using cherry pickers and hand trucks
• Work efficiently tohit or exceed 30+ PPHperformance goals
• Accurately verify item and quantity for each pull
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate clearly with team leads and peers to keep orders flowing
• Follow all safety procedures — we work hard and smart

This is a hands-on, physical role. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and producing results every day. It’s demanding — and that’s exactly why it’s rewarding.
