Operations Associate - Seminole Towne Ctr

The Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This early morning position involves working with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service – maneuver around the store at a fast pace, answering customer questions and providing assistance.
• Execute pricing and signing – reliably adjust ticket prices and sign merchandise across the store.
• Replenish and restock the store – monitor inventory levels and prepare merchandise for the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise – unload a truck with co‑workers and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel – contribute to initiatives such as Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy – follow leadership plans for placing merchandise throughout the store with efficiency and detail, maintaining merchandising standards.
• Participate in a learning environment – absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

• Work experience – 1‑2 years retail experience.
