What You’ll Do

• Create five-star first impressions: greet clients, guide check-ins, and keep everyone comfortable.
• Own the front desk: answer phones with polish, schedule appointments, triage inquiries, process payments.
• Prep for visits: pull records, complete/collect forms, estimates, consents, and payment agreements.
• Keep things moving: notify doctors/technicians of arrivals and support a smooth visit flow.
• Be steady in a pinch: follow emergency protocols and reassure worried pet parents.
• Open/close the practice and help keep lobby, restrooms, and exam areas tidy and welcoming.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of relevant experience (veterinary/medical office or customer service a plus).
• Clear, compassionate communication—verbal, written, and over the phone.
• Strong organization and multitasking; accurate note-taking and record handling.
• Comfort with computers and practice software (quick learner).
• A team-first mindset, professionalism, tact, and discretion.
